Giving a 5 star review for the experiences I've had with Emily the esthetician. I've had 3 facials with her now, and the 4th is booked. She always treats me with respect, kindness, and answers any questions I have thoroughly. I've never felt pressure to add on any additional services that I didn't ask for or anything like that. She's truly a professional - so sweet, attentive, and easy to be around! Would definitely recommend her for facials.

I waited six months since my procedure to write a review, and I am still fuming! I just want to warn others to make sure they don't have to go through what I did. My aesthetician whom I have gone to for a number of years, is good, but always tries to upsell me. I always get the Signature Facial. As she started my facial, we were chatting, and then I realized whatever she was doing was not something I was familiar with. It turns out she was DERMAPLANING ME!!! I have alot of peach fuzz on my face, and having this shaving procedure was disastrous! I always had told her in previous sessions I didn't want this, and explained why, but she forgot. Andrea is a true perfectionist. I had RHA in my lips and they looked great except that there was one tiny asymmetric area that I thought only I could see. She told me to come in and immediately spotted it and fixed it.
