This is my second location in San Francisco that I've gone to for laser hair removal, i went to another location in the area but i will say I've seen more results with north bay!! They updated their machines recently (cryogenic) which was provided at my previous location, but the sessions i had prior to the updates were nothing short of amazing !! The staff is amazing so friendly so welcoming! I've visited north bay over 5 times already and the customer service is immaculate! I visited this location today for laser, hair, removal and dermal fillers in my lips and cheeks, as well as Botox the staff was amazing. My injector was amazing. This was my first time having any type of fillers or Botox and I felt comfortable as soon as I walked into the location, the aesthetic of the location was very nice. The bathroom was very clean and very nice, and the overall ambience of the place was very very very calming, which is great, because getting feelers can be kind of scary, and then not being included in everything in certain settings can also be something that makes you feel a little uneasy, but this place does not make you feel excluded. I cannot recommend North Bay enough! I had the honor of taking a one-on-one Gender Affirming Aesthetics training with Moya. It is clear that Moya is not only passionate about the care that she provides to her patients, is highly educated and proficient at what she does, but also dedicated to providing education to other healthcare professionals so that they may do the same.The Bay is lucky to have access to Moya and the care that she provides the community.
