George was awesome when it came to replacing our Burlingame Lions Club doors!
I would highly recommend him to anyone needing general contracting or general house work. His price was fair, his communication was on point, and he not only helped us replace doors, but also remediated some old / deteriorating planks. He was there along the whole way advising us on what made feasible sense for our ideas and we appreciate it!

We reviewed detailed project proposals from six contractors before selecting Kaludia Builders for our recent master bathroom renovation. We couldn't be more pleased with our decision. George Arana (the owner) was easy to work with, the pricing was fair, and we found both George and his team to be quite diligent. We appreciated that they were on site every day as scheduled and worked long hours to get the project done. George in particular was very hands-on and checked in with us frequently on design details to ensure we were happy with the way the project was proceeding.
