George was awesome when it came to replacing our Burlingame Lions Club doors!

I would highly recommend him to anyone needing general contracting or general house work. His price was fair, his communication was on point, and he not only helped us replace doors, but also remediated some old / deteriorating planks. He was there along the whole way advising us on what made feasible sense for our ideas and we appreciate it!

We reviewed detailed project proposals from six contractors before selecting Kaludia Builders for our recent master bathroom renovation. We couldn't be more pleased with our decision. George Arana (the owner) was easy to work with, the pricing was fair, and we found both George and his team to be quite diligent. We appreciated that they were on site every day as scheduled and worked long hours to get the project done. George in particular was very hands-on and checked in with us frequently on design details to ensure we were happy with the way the project was proceeding. Ultimately, we were very satisfied with the results. Our new tiled walk-in shower was completed just as we pictured. The custom vanity we requested was beautifully fabricated on-site and installed perfectly. We highly recommend Kaludia Builders for any remodeling projects.

My review is way over due to express how happy I am to have found Kaludia builders. I bought a house last year and it was evident it needed repairs both exterior and Interior, specially since I had ideas on what i wanted and needed to find someone that understood what I wanted and was able to make it happen. Well my family and I are so happy with how it has turned out , we are enjoying our home so much now specially since thanks go Covid we have been home more than usual. Our backyard has been renovated and transformed into a peaceful area we can lounge all day long and our kitchen is beautiful, everything I had always dreamed of . Bathrooms are so important and they were pretty outdated, I wanted them to be light white and modern looking .. Thats what I got. We were able to discuss materials and find the best to keep it cost efficient and still get the look I wanted . Check them out and im sure your house dreams will be achieved. Thank you !!
