As a person entering my 70th year I have had many homes and undergone numerous renovations. All were tolerable but full of the typical frustrations most have encountered. Until I met Eden Roc/Dan Nowell and his crew. I cannot imagine renovations being done more hassle free, and with such attention to detail. Dan has built a guest house and, later, a wine cellar for me. The first was a very substantial project. He helped find the right architect and always had sound advice for dealing with the various permitting issues. Highly recommended and without any reservation Having worked with Dan on several remodeling projects I feel that I have "found the best". For future projects I have only to call Eden Roc - wouldn't think about a bidding and interview process - for what, to save a few bucks but risk not finding the quality and ease of working with Dan. And that goes equally for the Eden Roc crew (professional, friendly, minimally disruptive) and the office staff (Emily get's it done).
