About Endurance PTC

Endurance PTC is a comprehensive cycling training center and full gym offering a range of services, including physiological testing, bike fitting, indoor cycling training, personal training, and endurance sports coaching. Since 2004, they have provided customized training services to cyclists and multi-sport athletes. Currently, they offer cycling classes, indoor and outdoor gym activities, and personalized services by appointment only. Clients praise the knowledgeable and friendly staff, particularly Tim, who provides insightful testing results and actionable advice to improve performance. The staff are patient, genuinely interested in helping athletes reach their goals, and excel at explaining results and recommending next steps.     I’ve been training with Tim Flemming since Aug 2020 and cannot say enough AWESOME things about him, his team and their ultra professional and personalized approach to my goals and successes. Tim has the resources and experience you need, whether you’re a newer entrant to the sport or you’re looking to level up and go pro. There’s nothing that Tim, Dorette (nutritionist) and the team can’t do to guide you in the right direction. All you need is 100% commitment and overwhelming action to the plan they deliver and the results will follow.

    A brief session with Tim Fleming resulted in a straight-forward training plan that lead to life changing improvements to my health. Lost 15 lbs (~8% of my body mass) within 90 days, but the kicker is that I gained muscular bulk at the same time, which means the lbs of lost fat is considerably more than 15. I cannot speak more highly of the experience and the results. Keep up the good work, Endurance!
