Alessandra has been cutting and highlighting (the cat's out of the bag) my hair for 5 years now. I have thin straight hair and I don't like to style it. Alessandra cuts it so I don't have to do anything but dry it. It actually looks great if I let it air dry. She does such a good job on my color that my closest friends thought it was my natural color.

This salon is a hidden gem! It's a far cry from the potentially pretentious Mill Valley salon scene. Every person you encounter in this salpn is friendly and approachable. The skill level of the stylists is absolutely on par with what you would expect of a high end Bay Area salon, but without the attitude. The stylists are incredibly talented and fun to work with. They can do almost anything that you can dream up, and you will have a blast while you get your dream look. They do hair color, keratin smoothing, hair extensions, barbering cuts, special occasion styling, wedding services, and all sorts of services that you never knew you could do with hair!

This is THE BEST PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN. Carmen is amazing and extremely attentive and listens to what I want. I went blonde through a couple different sit downs and now it's perfect and what I've always dreamed. The manager liane is a delight and really knows not only customer service but people. This place I can't say enough good things. If you're looking for a salon come try and stay loyal to the top salon!
