Working with Richard The Rug Star,Was an absolute delightful!Richard was so kind and courteous and polite! He was so professional, and his communication was very clear and extremely helpful! I really think Richard is a rug superstar, he was so knowledgeable! It was just an all-around positive experience we were able to remove one old rug and pad while installing a brand, new beautiful rug and pad! I can’t forget to mention the most important part we did all of this while a massive bed stayed intact!Thank you so much Richard we look forward to working with you again.
