My AC is over 22 years old and it has not been working since last summer. I was so sick of it i went on Facebook to see which hvac company to go with. I settled on N & C heating and Air. I could not be more happy with the level of care and service I received. I thought my AC was too old that I had to buy a new one but John Garcia Perez came to the rescue. He was super nice and friendly, explained to me what had to be done to fix the ac unit. Replaced a part, gave it a wash, emptied our vents. And now im relaxing comfortably in my home without sweating from head to toe. N &C is now my trusted hvac company. Took care of my old home and treated it like new. Thank you to John for his professional service. Also John started at 9am and finished around 11am which was quick and yet not rushed. He did a great job and I'm thankful for an honest company who doesn't try to money grab their customers. Thank you!!
Craig and Nicole have gone above and beyond when providing service for our heating and air systems. Nicole is professional and highly efficient, she knows her business. Craig is highly experienced, effective, and gets to the root of the problem in the friendliest way ever😁. I have never met a friendlier service technician, I know he has years of experience and I trust him with my system.
We have found our forever heating/AC repair company. Craig is very knowledgeable in what he does. Our heater has been out for 1 yr. The last company that came to check it told us we needed a whole new unit. We decided to get a 2nd opinion, and Creg had it up and running in no time, and his price was very reasonable. Our AC went out in the middle of a heat wave in the summer and he came out late at night 9pm found a temporary solution so we can have a cool home and came back the next day with the part and fixed it quick! Next, he has found the problem with our fireplace and is scheduled to fix it, I'm sure he will! (edit to add, our fireplace was fixed in no time! The price was unbelievable).
