Got my AC replaced thru them today . My realty agency works thru them and they sent them they did a check up first then came to replace the unit. They were fast and efficient and the guys who came were super friendly were here a few hours and hardly noticed they were here, his name was Alex Gonzalez, the girl from the office brandy was also super helpful and everytims she called she has a great attitude. Loved their service and recommended 10/10.
My AC is over 22 years old and it has not been working since last summer. I was so sick of it i went on Facebook to see which hvac company to go with. I settled on N & C heating and Air. I could not be more happy with the level of care and service I received. I thought my AC was too old that I had to buy a new one but John Garcia Perez came to the rescue. He was super nice and friendly, explained to me what had to be done to fix the ac unit. Replaced a part, gave it a wash, emptied our vents. I had a great experience with N+C. Everbody, from the offfice to the tech and the install crew was professional and polite. Resonsive, too. No supply chain issues or back ordered products.
From intial contact to installed product, one week turnaround time. Not to mention I'm running on the new coolant now, not the phased out R-22. So there's that peace of mind. All in all, I am very pleased. Thank you N+C!
