I’ve come here a few times and every time have a great experience! The owner is so nice, and has been able to remove any of the stains that I ask. I’m always happy with how my clothes look when I get them back!

I dropped my clothes and when asked when I would like them, I said (for the first time)…actually tomorrow would be great because I have a business trip to LA. David said that would be tough because they had already done the wash for the day, but that it might be possible. I got a call the next day and it was ready. I love it!! Thanks

I have been to the place a couple times. They helped me dry clean some cashmere sweaters and a white formal dress. The owner is knowledge and friendly. He was honest with me regarding what he can do and what he cannot. My white formal dress was cleaned by another local cleaner in Thailand after my event but I was extremely disappointed about the result. I don't know what they did but the dress smelled so badly (like tons of chemicals got used on my dress without rinsing off) after they delivered my dress. Before I found West Bay Cleaners, I went to a couple other dry clean places for quotes. Compared with their quotes, West Bay Cleaners' quote was much more reasonable....read full review
