My favorite spa! I have been getting massages with Phuong since 2022 and she is the best!

I was very disappointed with the massage I got. I have had massages in the area for much less yet they were much better. I’m a massage lover and have had them done around the world. I even told the receptionist that your manager needs to go to Turkey to find out what a good massage is. It’s not rubbing fancy oils. I don’t care how fancy the place is as long as it’s clean and gives a good massage.
Rosewood has a standard but this was very disappointing. I wasted my $550 that evening.

I’m so disappointed and never plan to come back to this place.

I had my very first pedicure with Jenny, and even as a guy new to the experience, it felt absolutely top-notch. She made everything feel luxurious yet comfortable, and I’d absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a refined but genuinely welcoming pedicure experience.

Spa Birthday Treat - Disappointing and Overpriced
I recently treated my husband to a birthday spa day, hoping for a luxurious and relaxing experience, especially given the hefty $800 price tag. Unfortunately, the reality fell far short of expectations, leaving us both feeling underwhelmed and frankly, ripped off.
From the moment we arrived, the environment felt unwelcoming and lacked any vibrancy. It certainly didn't exude the serene and pampering atmosphere one would anticipate from a high-end spa.
A major concern was the lack of cleanliness in the bathrooms. Both the one in our couple's massage room and the changing room were noticeably unclean, which is simply unacceptable when paying such a premium. When you're spending $800, you expect immaculate facilities.
The 90-minute massage itself was a significant disappointment. My husband was particularly dissatisfied, feeling that the masseuse provided no more than 60 minutes of actual massage, with the remaining time seemingly unproductive. For such a long and expensive session, this is incredibly poor value.
Overall, this spa experience was overrated and not worth the exorbitant $800. We went in expecting a special and memorable birthday treat, but instead, we left feeling like we'd paid a fortune for a very mediocre and unhygienic experience. I would not recommend this spa.

Fantastic. My wife gets massages often and she said this was her best ever. I’m a novice but loved the experience. Facilities, team members, service are all first class. You deserve this.

Have visited this spa a few times over the years. A few weeks ago, I got a wonderful pedicure, but when checking out returned the product I was sold after my facial months before. I explained that the very expensive product gave me a rash that took over a month to heal. The receptionist said they would give the product bottle to management and pass along my message. I didn't receive any contact from management to make this right. Completely unprofessional imo

Best spa in bay area.

I think that the facilities are great they are new and clean the sauna steam room are also great the Jacuzzi is also great. Everything is absolutely amazing, but I will say my massager was amazing but the second person got massage. Their massages wasn’t as great and it was worth it, but I definitely think it’s worth only a one time but still very nice and luxurious all through the spa it smelled amazing.
