Came here for a fade. Was quoted $25, which was unusually cheap for the level of detail put in. The hair stylists seem to be older ladies, which generally means an honest haircut. My hair stylist’s name was Zen

Only takes cash and doesn't post any signage about only taking cash. Made for a very bad customer experience. No wonder they told me their number of customers and Stanford students has been decreasing. I advise all Stanford students to not come here.

I stopped in for the first time for a haircut for a memorial service. I usually cut my own hair, but Cecelia was fabulous. I didn't have an appointment and was told to stop back in a half hour. Thirty minutes later I was in the chair and got the best haircut ever. Exactly what I asked for and I feel like I was treated like a king.

Came here because it said walk-in welcome. When asked if I had an appointment I stated “No, just coming for a walk-in”. The lady frowned and gave me the dirtiest look while the other said “I’m waiting for my appointment”. Without saying a word the greeting lady walked past me to take some pictures of a passing event outside. No statement of wait time, or when they could help me, just a dirty look, an excuse and silence. Worst service I’ve attempted to receive in years.

im a black man with black hair so I ain't gone lie that was my first mistake but my hair easy to deal with so I don't be tripping I have locs on the top and hair just on my sides and back and a little on my hair line that usually get cut down to like a 2 I'm current sitting at a 0 with no hairline comp bald and upset and my hairline just GONE if you got black hair go some where else fr

Only come here if you want your time wasted! Don’t usually leave reviews but this place really got me. Called in ahead of time, stylist told me it was ok to come in and she would see me before her next appointment. I arrived 5 mins later only to be told that I was to wait another customer. It has been close to one hour waiting now and the stylist keeps telling me to wait for another stylist. i still haven’t been seen. Won’t be returning.
