“These guys are amazing. I dropped my phone and cracked the screen and I couldn't get it to turn on. Left it with Letif and they ordered the screen to be shipped overnight. There were some delays, but not their fault. Even though the part arrived close to closing, they prioritized the repair and got the phone back to me within a hour. Once I got in my car the phone stopped working, so I went back and they literally did surgery on my phone for almost a hour after closing time. They told me that there was more damage within than just the screen and that I might need a new phone, but if I do they will refund the screen and even gave me suggestions on how to go home and save all my info. They never made me feel dumb or silly for not knowing tech stuff and were very honest with me about everything. Can't recommend enough.“
