“So grateful to have found this gem of a place while traveling. My laptop keyboard was malfunctioning and I couldn't log in. They worked quickly to get a diagnostic and give me options, including mailing the laptop back to me at home once repaired. I chose to take it home, with the advice to back it up before repair.
They even gave me an external keyboard, no charge, to help me log in so I can do my back up. Truly above and beyond!
