I bought a hot tub here 8 years ago and I've been in a few times for chemicals or parts. They are always incredibly friendly and helpful, great prices and quality products. Love it!

We needed to replace our 20 year old Jacuzzi spa this summer so we purchased one of the two-person Nordic brand spas from Balanced Spas and we absolutely love it. Matt was so incredibly patient and helpful in answering all our questions and we found some of his policies to be a bit more advantageous to the customer compared to Pure Water spas (such as not charging to remove your old spa). He's always been more than willing to answers questions since the spa was delivered and I truly feel that he goes "above and beyond" to assist his customers. We couldn't be more pleased that we ended up buying our spa from Balanced Spa Center.
