Had to reach audio dept, Martinez. No direct line. First day finally got to a number that didn't answer. Said leave voice mail. I did. Said call me back. After 1 day no call. Second day,call back.im number 59 on list. After long wait,get to make an appointment for Audio to call me back next day at 4:15. Very discouraging.
Fastest I've ever been in and out of an appointment. Everyone was super nice, getting blood drawn was quick and the phlebotomists were very kind and really good at their jobs. I'm glad I moved over to this facility when I moved from the east coast!
I have fond that it can take some time to get appointments. When I went to UC Davis in Sacramento it took at least 2 months for any appointments including Cardio. They would say go to ER. You think you spend time waiting here 6 hrs would be a short time there. Then you would have a heart attack when you get the bill.
I am so sick of hearing people whine about the VA care. Then I hate listening to people complaining about not able to get travel pay immediately.
Let them see and pay a bill.
Then explain how you can get 10s of thousands of dollars treatment FREE then bad mouth them. Grow up
