Needed minor repairs done to my roof prior to listing my property. At first company “M” came out and inspected my roof and came out with an outrageous damage report with over $9,000.00 repairing cost. Mind you my roof was installed in 2018 so I asked for second opinion. In comes Liam with A Better Roofing Company. Yes he did identified same minor repairs to be done but for lot practical pricing given the work that needed to be done.
