Jon brings a lot of experience and integrity. He alerted us to the need to not mix types of exhaust vents on the roof (i.e. powered roof vent with ridge vents and gable vents). In doing more research as a result of that, I learned a lot and was surprised at how little other roofers knew or were willing to discuss. We ended up going with a different roofer when we had our roof replaced, but am regretting the decision. Now during the actual roof replacement, the costs of additional repairs to replace plywood sheating, trim pieces, etc from this other roofer are extremely high. In Jon's contract, he spelled out the costs including labor to do this additional type of work.

This is long overdue. Jon and his team installed our new roof last August 2022. It endured the rainiest winter we ever had, including the crazy windstorms early this year. No leaks, no issues. Since then, we have installed solar panels and everything still looks good. Communication with Orei and Jon was smooth from beginning to end of project. We interviewed 2 other roofers and found Jon's explanation simpler and more honest.... no added frills to bump price. Thank you again for all your hard work and quality service!

Our roof had a leak during the atmospheric river storms and Jon came out quickly to assess. He had me climb up to see what was happening, explained it well, and fashioned a fix there on the spot. He also recommended a different company for ongoing roof maintenance, since our roof tiles are very lightweight. Excellent service, respectful and clear explanations, and best pricing. Thank you Jon!
