I had a low slope patio roof that was leaking water. Jason came by to take a look and was able to discuss different options with me for fixing it. He was clearly knowledgeable and he had an open and honest conversation with me about what would or wouldn't work for our situation. He put a fix in place for me and also inspected the rest of the roof on our house and sealed some places needing attention. Overall a great experience
Jason was recommended to me by a few other companies I'd contacted to look at a potential repair regarding a roof vent. He was able to come out the same day to take a look and make the necessary repairs. He was friendly, and I greatly appreciated his upfront communication and honesty. Both in texts beforehand, and when onsite, he made it clear what his process is, and how much the cost would be. Everything was explained in detail. He didn't try to scare me with random issues, or upsell me on other repairs. In fact, he went out of his way to show me how I could make the repair myself if I wanted to. I opted to have Jason make the repairs, which he did to a high standard. I wouldn't hesitate to use Jason for any future roof issues. Highly recommended!
I did not end up using their services but the owner Jason spent time with me on a phone call and gave me some fantastic insight on what to look for when choosing a roofing contractor. He knows the local area roofing contractors really well, understands all of the various material options you can choose to do a roof replacement and his overall knowledge is awesome. Based on all that I don't think there is anyone better equipped help you with your roof and the reason is simple: All he does is repairs and inspections, that gives him the freedom to be totally transparent and honest because he is not trying to convince you/sell you a big job. You don't realize how important that is until you need someone to help you navigate a pretty mysterious part of your property.
