Excellent! I joined a week ago and am already seeing/feeling a big difference! Tom is wonderful -he’s a real pro, friendly, and really seems to care about his members. I especially appreciate that he didn’t try to convince me to join after the first free trial.

Love this gym! The trainers are very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. The workouts change daily so you never get bored. It’s also very clean and the other gym members are friendly. This is the type of gym that you actually look forward to going to! Can’t recommend it enough.

Great place to work out friendly experienced trainers. really clean gym. Always a different workout not the same routine over and over. Thanks Tom for bringing 9round to mtz. And thanks to Jackie for always pushing me to go more
