Went by the store to look at glasses and get a repair, and they are always, always so helpful. Chris was able to repair my sunglasses while we were waiting. Their customer service was impeccable. I would recommend the store to anyone. I'll definitely be back.
got appt today. very pleasant experience. they submit the vsl paperwork for you. exam dr was very thorough and professional. my only gripe is i think the company needs to consider the ergonomics of their staff. they're standing all day and their service table is too low. despite that everyone was very cheerful and extremely competent.
