I've been going to Roots Electrolysis for over a year and it is by far the gold standard for permanent hair removal. I work with Kendra and during our very first session she was extremely professional, kind and informative about the entire electrolysis process.As someone who has suffered from PCOS since I was 14, it's been a constant cause of great shame as a woman due to my unwanted facial and body hair. As a transgender woman of color I feel safe and welcome working with Kendra both in clearing facial hair and also preparing for genital reassignment surgery. Her technique is excellent with no scaring and very fast healing afterwards, and she’s a friendly and social person who enjoys getting to know her clients.

I’ve been going to Roots Electrolysis for about a year now. In the past I’ve done electrolysis somewhere else but stopped because I got horrible scarring and scabbing. I’m a darker skin tone so I’m more prone to scarring, but Lisa has done such a fantastic job, my hair growth is mostly gone and I haven’t gotten any scarring from the treatment.
