When I walked into this store and as I walked in a lady by the name Bambi greeted me. She was assisting another customer but she made eye contact when she greeted me. I walked through the store and found what I needed. I asked one of the client associates for a price check. She was happy to assist me. Another client associates was helping another customer and I noticed his makeup. His make up was flawless and he was so kind when I spoke with him. I when got to the register to purchase my items. There was an unruly customer at the counter purchasing her items. Bambi did everything she could to make this customer happy. Bambi did everything but give her the item for free....read full review

I had a quick question about service that the offer for hair and just sit on the phone waiting for someone to answer I don’t know what type of service plan they have at this store

One of the nastiest ulta’s I’ve ever been into. Unhygienic and disgusting. Every product has been opened and tampered with. Like every one. I don’t feel safe buying anything from this store and don’t recommend you doing it either.
