Priscila LBA/BA, who was at the register this morning, was very rude and had an attitude after I asked a simple question about the return policy. I had to go find another employee, and the woman who helped me afterward was much kinder, which I really appreciated. However, I shouldn’t have to seek out another employee just to receive better customer service.
Not the best ULTA store to go to, but worth to go in if you are in the mall. Used to be a frequent customer, but not as much anymore. You have to know what you want first before coming in. The testers for cosmetics are always damaged. They have a salon for haircuts, but my experience was lousy, as the hairdressed refused to listen to my concerns/wants and charged me $99 for a haircut I wasn't happy with (also trying to push me incessantly for future services and coloring when I didn't want it). Staff looked overworked, and the place is always busy which makes it difficult for taking your time to examine products.
