“Man I love this place, I FEEL I NEED to share how much Blake Physical Therapy helped me. I am an avid runner, and I came very close to rupturing both my Achilles heels during a race that I wasn’t aware was a 95% incline almost the entire route. Running was my solace, my, peace, my happy place, my therapy. After that race I had to abruptly completely stop running, which you can imagine takes a toll on the ol’ mental health.
I went to several places before I found Blake Physical Therapy and I was becoming very discouraged as my injury seemed to only be getting worse just from day to day activity, It was getting to the point where I couldn’t even walk for 20-30 minutes when I woke up in the morning… excruciating pain.
My first session at Blake, I could immediately tell that the staff is not only professional but incredibly caring and passionate about helping people recover from sports injuries, it honestly felt like maybe they had all been in my position before, which at this point was beyond reassuring. They genuinely cared about my recovery, and they really wanted me to be able to run again. Every person that works there is very knowledgeable, I loved it because each therapist seemed to have a different approach to my healing process but they all KNEW exactly what was needed in each stage of my healing. I was assigned to the perfect therapist, she was incredibly patient and attentive to detail on my injury she was tough love but that’s exactly what I needed. I was cleared to run from my doctor only a few months later, and I genuinely cannot thank Blake physical therapy enough. I feel like I have my life back, and I hope that leaving this review can help someone else!”
