This place is god sent. Gen is one of the nicest, kindest, most knowledgable physical therapist I have ever had the pleasure of working with. The staff is great and so so nice. And their new physical therapist Kyla has changed the scope of my mother recovery. My brother had a number of jaw surgeries and felt zero relief until working with Genevieve. Nothing but great things about this place.
I have just positive feedback after my telehealth session with Genevieve from Pro-Health. I now feel reassured, understand exactly what happened to me and know how to handle it, if it ever happens again. I suffered from BPPV (vertigo) and got really scared when it happened. I consulted with my doctor who referred me to see a physical therapist. Genevieve did a great job explaining exactly and in simple terms what had happened with a screen share and animation on the computer. She made me do some movements and explained what do to if it was to ever happen to me again. Only one session was required to fully understand and feel reassured. It's now a few days since the consultation and I feel much better and don't have to stress about what happened. I will for sure consult the Pro-Health team in the future for any other need.
