I really didn’t wanna leave this review. But I went here to get gel French nails done. I ended up paying extra for the French polish and for the gel removal and for a hard gel because I like my nails to last - which I was totally fine doing. The first time I came out I got home and realised that there was HAIR set into 2 of my nails!!! I went back and they did fix them. However, she then refilled them so that one hand was a completely different shape to the other. I then had to go back and have them refiled so that they matched. (The French tip was also wonky and poorly done but at this point it was passable so I didn’t even bother saying anything). I’m now a week later and 2 of the French tips are already chipped off. This was supposed to be hard gel - which I paid extra for - and normally last me four weeks or more. I don’t know if I got an inexperienced nail technician but this was a waste of $100+. So leaving this review to save others wasting money here.

Best of the best! All their nail techs are super talented, but Amy stands out. I’ve been going to her for years, and she is consistent and does better work than anyone else I’ve tried in the area. She’s also super sweet and personable. I usually get GelX and it lasts for over a month! Kathy, the owner, is hilarious and great. I’m grateful that they’re usually able to squeeze me in last minute, but I do recommend making an appointment. Only complaint is sometimes they’re running behind even with an appointment and I’ve had to wait up to 30 mins, but it’s worth the wait!

My go-to nail technician is Vicky--her attention to detail is unmatched, and my nails always look flawless when she's done. That said, every technician I've seen here has been fantastic, making it clear that quality and care are a top priority. Went here for the first time at the recommendation of a friend to treat myself to a nice pedicure. The salon was beautiful. So much natural light and a peaceful atmosphere. I went with their best pedicure package and was not disappointed at all. Thao did my pedicure, she spent her time, was very meticulous and took such great care of me. This is probably the best pedicure I’ve had in years, if not ever. I will definitely be back!

There's no menu with prices so they can charge you whatever they want based on appearance. 2 white girls walk in? They charged me $154 for gel chrome mani pedi + I asked for two 10-min massage which is $12 a piece... so that'd be $130 for gel chrome mani pedi and it already chipped within 24 hours on 2 fingers and one toe. Plus, my friend got the exact same thing (minus chrome powder on feet) plus wax on hands and feet plus a scrub and hers was only $134. I got way less yet had to pay more and still have chrome powder stuck on my skin. They are 100% arbitrary and say whatever price they want. I thought they were a decent place but it isnt decent to lie about pricing and overcharge different people. I rarely get mani pedis to save money and the one time I go to treat myself in months I get ripped off. It's a shame.
