Ben was such a great help! He was easy to talk to, immediately and confidently told me what the problem was ( after AAA couldn’t ?), and talked me through what he was doing which I appreciated. I also got some tidbits of advice from him throughout our conversation. He was really helpful and it’s obvious that he cares about his customers and wants them to have the knowledge necessary to tackle the problem if it arises again. I will definitely be referring him to anyone I know in the area he services. Thank you!
