I have had the worst customer service and surgical procedure with DS. After being referred by the ER for a simple routine procedure. After my procedure a week ago. I’m unable to walk, bathe or sit without assistance. My procedure was done by a physicians assistant and not the actual medical doctor. Which I found out a few days after my procedure. Because I woke up to a swollen abdomen, a foul smell from the surgical site and excruciating pain! I had called the doctor’s office since after 4pm that evening. My procedure was that Friday morning. No one picked up during business hours. Also no after hours phone number. I was sent home with no pain medication at all! I... read full review
