Ashley is such a dedicated Pilates instructor. She is focused on what is right for me and getting results. I am not sure what the one star reviews are about- maybe someone had the wrong studio in mind but don’t believe them! You won’t be disappointed- I promise! All my friends agree!

I have been working with Ashley for the last few months,I have taken Pilates in the past but felt I really needed to work on specific needs and goals for my bodyAshley has been GREAT she designed a work out program that works for me and in the short time I’ve seen her I see results; Strength weight loss flexibility and definition I definitely recommend her!

I've been doing pilates with Ashley for almost a year and I can't say enough good things about her. As a middle-aged woman who has never been an enthusiastic exerciser, I started my weight loss journey by trying pilates. Not only am I half way to my goal weight, but I no longer have persistent aches and pains in my knees and back. Ashley has been so encouraging on this journey. She pushes me to try harder but understands when I just can't do something. If you've been both interested in but also nervous about trying pilates, Ashley is the right person to get you started.
