“UPDATE 21 February AD 2024We moved out of state and came back to visit my grandma who is 102. So while we were here I set up my appointment to see Dr. Erdman last Thursday and again today. Thank God for the skills he gave Dr. Erdman for helping heal and keep in good health, all the stretching and strengthening really are so important to do and it was good to have a refresher on how to do those exercises.Dr. Erdman has been blessed by God to help. I threw my back out in 2020 on thanksgiving day and they responded on Friday to have me come in on Monday. I was able to go back to work Tuesday!!!
