Found my new spot! Beautiful interior and the receptionist is beyond kind and accommodating. Manicurist I had (Tiffany) was SO good and fast! I’m very pregnant and they were both so kind in helping me and make sure I was in a very well ventilated spot (which is hard to find!) thank you!Service: Nail polish changes

Really been holding off on doing this because I dislike hurting anyone's business, but I just can't handle it anymore. The front desk service when you call is constantly not picking up the phone, putting on hold forever, and just constant inconsistency in customer service. I've tried to be patient and treat it as a 1 off, but this has now become a trend. Overall the nail service is ok, nothing special, but I'm a person who values service, price isn't a concern for me if service is top level. With nail salons a dime a dozen, it's a shame this place can't figure out how to win over customers.
