Peter designed the house exactly like we asked and created a beautiful home for us. He was attentive during the entire process and we collaborated numerous times on ideas. We actually made changes well into the construction that would have been dramatically more difficult with a separate architect and builder. But Peter was able to adjust on the fly and make things work. He was trustworthy and took pride in getting things right.
Great office location. Above all, Paldino has an extensive knowledge in Architectural and General construction. He is helping us add more sqft to our main house and an ADU. It has been an amazing experience all around. We are excited we choose him!
There's huge advantages to having your architect also be your general contractor, especially on a remodel. When we engaged with Paldino Architects to remodel our home, there were many unforeseen challenges. Since our remodel involved the re-make of the entire 2nd story floor plan and the addition of many new windows, there were numerous structural reinforcement issues. Many of theses issues could only be addressed on site with the construction crew once you exposed the framework of the original construction.
