A few weeks before coming home for Thanksgiving, I off hand mentioned to my dearest mother that I wanted to get a haircut soon. A day later I get a text reading "your hair appt is with Michael at Mikell Coiffure's 11/18 at 9:45am. LOVE LOVE LOVE Mikell Coiffure -- it's a VIBE! A beautiful Moroccan oasis in the heart of downtown Manhattan Beach, with a breathtaking view of the evenings sunsets! Michael is incredibly gifted and the only stylist I've allowed to cut my long mane in the past three years! And his coloring skills are just as amazing!!!When I step inside, I instantly feel welcomed and relaxed. I get into my robe and start with Anika's magical hair wash. Then I'm in the hands of Michael. Mikell is one of the chicest salons I've been to in a long time and McCall is your girl! She's been doing my cut and color for several years now, I will follow her wherever she is :) you can tell she is passionate about her work and her art.As someone who has struggled with thin/fine hair, I always know I am in good hands with McCall. She makes thoughtful suggestions and prioritizes my hair's overall health while still always making my cut and color on point + she styles like no other. She's done my hair for multiple parties, award shows, and other life events and never disappoints. McCall is truly talented!!!
