I had purchased my dress online, and it obviously didn't fit me perfectly and required alterations. When I took my dress in, the service was amazing from beginning to end. Straightforward process and pricing was upfront and was the price I paid upon pick up. No random or surprise price changes. She had the dress fit me perfectly and had it bustled as well.
