I had a great experience at this lens crafters I was a bit skeptical because of it being inside Macys and not having as exceptional service as a stand alone location but I was pleasantly surprised and will definitely come back for any glasses needs Brenda was extremely professional informed and helped me with every and any question I had and believe me there were a lot I was extremely indecisive as glasses are meant to be kept for a long time but her patience and attention to detail made me feel sure on the item I selected. Milena and Gustavo were so kind and helpful. Ready to support the minute we stepped into the shop. Initially we walked in for a repair which Milena was very knowledgeable in helping. While waiting, we were looking at the new Meta glasses where Gustavo shared the different variations and tech they had. Both were very helpful and were able to fix my glasses. Very appreciative.
