This was my first time I haven’t had any glasses (but have needed them for over 10 years), I called and set up an appointment. Susan the optometrist and Milena, Sarai and the whole staff made me feel welcome and called me the minute my new frames were ready. My glasses need a screw so I stopped by Hut in Macy's. They said they would need to order the screw and it would take a few weeks. I then saw that there was a Lens crafter across the hall so I we t over and Milena said that she could help. She took my glasses and in 2 minutes my glasses were as good as new. Thank you Milena.
