I retained this attorney to prepare my living trust and property documents, but my experience raised serious concerns about accuracy and attention to detail.
One deed contained an incorrect APN/legal description, which caused issues with the Los Angeles County Assessor and required a corrective deed.
Separately, the binder I received included the wrong deed (someone else’s deed)—it belonged to a different property entirely. This kind of error should not happen in legal documents.
When I brought up the issues, the response did not meaningfully address the problem, and I had to hire another professional to fix it.
Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend reviewing all documents carefully if you work with this office.

I hired Debra to set up a Family Trust. I thought it would be a quick process, but the more complications I threw at her I realized a trust does need to be done thoroughly and taken into account a ton of situations I had not envisioned. She gave us terrific advice and was very accommodating with our schedules. The process was shorter than I expected, even though she had to take into account a tremendous amount of details. I recommend her services. There's no substitute for experience.
