The two stars is for her having completed the training required to be a professional - and that’s it. Maybe she was good once upon a time, maybe she’s good to the patients she already knows, maybe she means well, but I wish I’d have read the last review, listened to my gut on our initial phone call, and saved the trouble of even going to her. Also, the office is not in Manhattan beach anymore but out of her home 28 minutes south. I have a lot more to say, and feel like I kind of earned it for paying her for nothing, but I’m not one to complain much so I’ll restrain myself and simply say I would not recommend.

I went and Saw Dr Tarcha for a back issue. I found her through my Blue Shield network as close to my home. Turns out she doesn't actually have an office there anymore but has not removed it from the Blueshield website. I ended up going to her home office (30 minute drive). When we were done, she asked me for $150 for visit. I told her I had insurance and she said since it was beginning of year I would have to pay my deductible therefore she wanted money now. Turns out I had no deductible and when I told her later, she said I owed at least $100 for some BS laser treatment that was not covered. I asked for at least what was due and offered to bill Blueshield myself. After many emails going unanswered she finally sent me a superbill. Blueshield would not honor my request given it is her responsibility. I tried several more times to get her to respond but she had ghosted me. I can handle eating the money but take note, she appears to be very deceitful based on her fake address, not taking care of billing properly and using some technology that didn't do anything and that she charges whatever she wants for and will always be out of pocket. BEWARE!

Three weeks ago, my neck and lower left back were in constant pain. Found Dr. Tarcha, one adjustment, 75% reduction in neck pain w/in 48 hours; The woman is a healer. Going back for more...5 stars
