Exceptional customer service! I've been to a lot of pedicure places before but this place takes their time with cleaning and prepping the nails. They are generous with the scrub and exfolitated my feet and legs. They use a warm towel to remove the product. The massage felt great and I almost fell asleep. I love their attention to detail. They even asked if I liked the color after it was on a nail before adding the nail color to the rest. I only got the regular pedicure for $45 but left feeling like I got the deluxe!

I needed a 220 outlet installed in my garage to charge my new Tesla. I called and shortly after I left my message, I received a call back from Tim. My goodness, I wish I had called Trull first. Tim’s expertise, honesty, transparency and candor was 2nd to none. Apart from that, he was able to squeeze me in for an appointment the very next day! When it was time for install, Jesse and Jose showed up, and they were also amazing! Both were extremely friendly, communicative and efficient. Aside from Jesse and Jose installing my outlet, they also discovered a potential issue with the breaker for my AC unit that they brought to my attention.

We had a house fire in Dec 2023 in Madera and our house had to be rebuilt. At the time we no idea who to work with, but so glad we chose Renaissance! They worked well with our insurance (USAA), did a great job of communicating with us over the budget and selections process, and the work got done exactly on the timeline they laid out. We were able to move back in by December 2024. They did a great job dealing with the permitting process with the city, and we really appreciated that their subcontractors were all local and reliable. Our project managers were Lance and Stephanie, and definitely recommend them both!
I sent a distress signal out on YELP. Juan & his father responded and bid a reasonable price on the job I wanted done. Setting up a water filtration system on my home as I have my own well and the water was not nearly as clean and pure as it once was. They brought some extra equipment I did not realize was needed though it made perfect sense. Job was done in one day with minimal water off time. System is working better than it has in years. Thank you for helping an old man out.

I have used the services of Clancy and sons 3 different times here in Madera. Most recently they repaired a ceiling that had collapsed from water damage. They came out and evaluated then sent a crew out to repair. They were done in a few hours with amazing results. I have had them do work in my bathroom remodel and they have completely remodeled the bathroom at my mother’s house to make it handicap accessible. Brian and Alan are very talented and above all are conscientious of the job and what it takes from beginning to end.

How awesome to see the guy that started it all still very hands on! Madera locals & family owned & operated, 100%. I try to support local business when possible. They did a great job both times. No issues what so ever. Clean. Professional. NICE. FRIENDLY. Genuine. All traits that are missing from a lot of businesses & business owners today. It's hard to believe the negative comments about this company. Al, the sales person is very responsive & professional. They are great to work with and very competitive prices. My dentist recently retired and I was looking around for another. I work in fresno so I was looking in madera ans fresno. I made some phone calls to others for information and no one returned calls. I was driving by and seen Dr. Garcia's office and called. The staff was amazing and helpful. The girl who answered the phone answered all my questions and made me a appointment that worked for me. I walked in for my appointment and was greeted by the doctor himself, he was super nice and helpful, he got all my medical history and did a amazing job. I am so happy no one answered their phones.

Such an amazing dental office. Starting with the staff and ending with their dentists. They are all so friendly and attentive. From the moment you go in you are greeted with smiles and ask how your day is. They answer all of your questions as best they can and inform you. Unfortunately was there when a patient was being super rude and disrespectful and they handled and managed the situation so well. Very respectful and professional always. Loan’s Massage is wonderful. I’m relatively new to massages, but with a desk job and tons of stress, it’s becoming a once a month thing for me. She is wonderful! 30 min back bliss massage helps fix my tension, she finds the knots and gets them broke up. 3.5 (on a scale of one to five for intensity) is the best for me. 4 was intense and honestly better for tension relief, but OMG it took serious focus to keep my cool! The shop is clean; so relaxing, wonderful scents and very calming music/white noise. 10/10 ❤️
