My entire experience with this company was top notch. I had 4 large single pane metal frame windows replaced and I could not be happier. I can already feel the difference in how much more comfortable the house is. My only complaint is that one of the screens has a tear it in, and since I'm pretty sure it was noticed when installing, I would have liked to have that addressed so I wouldn't have to make a call. The window manufacturing was less than perfect, with some sealant/caulk at several corners I needed to remove, and a couple of the corners are not finished looking since they don't come together all the way. Just had our roof replaced and these guys were AMAZING ! on the 1st day our guy Sam came to us, explained the process,let me pick out the roof I wanted, asked my budget and in a matter of minutes he had us financed ,( below our budget!) and papers were signed. .The workers were great and my roof is BEAUTIFUL !! ******, **** and ************* came to *******, ** and installed 11 windows in my **** house. I felt their determination to do their job efficiently and with care. They had a system. Actually, they went the extra mile to get my place together and functional. These guys are so kind. I thank them sincerely.
