Since I have been here a few months I was dealing with pelvic floor issues and decided to call and check if I can get an appointment, sadly my insurance was out of network and my fees were too high for me to pay right now. “I started coming to Medcessity for a shoulder problem I’ve had for a few years now. When I came in my shoulder was pretty tight and I had pain when I moved my arm in different directions. Over the last few months my range of motion has improved greatly and the pain has gotten a lot better through their sessions and stretching/exercise regiments I do at home. Melanie, Samantha and Josette were guiding my progress for the most part and took great care of me. They answered all of the questions I had during my appointments and were very nice. “needed to find a new chiro office as my previous dr retiredi found AC Pain via my health plan and of course, with the help of yelp!it was easy to make an appteasy to find the location and the officefront desk, April was super sweet i met with dr.kim, he seems like all business, no chit chat, which is cool bc that is what i am paying foranyways, read my in take forms, asked q's and he adjusted me, and wow i have never cracked that much in my life! he wanted to schedule me 3x a week, uhm with my plan, that would have taken all my visits...so April was kind enough to explain that i could spread them out, that it was just the dr's recommendation! they also do acupuncture there, would i would need a referral, possibly in the future and i will update thentons of parking also, they are closed thursdays!“
