“I did a lot of research before selecting LBSA for my first acupuncture experience. I was not disappointed. Before making an appointment, I had a 15 minute phone interview with Melani to make sure she understood my condition (sciatica) and my expectations. For your first appointment, Melani will spend about 30 minutes going over a general medical history and then drill down to how she is going to create a plan of attack. She explained what was going to happen. She is also a great listener.She put any concerns to rest. The room is very nice with the sounds of a waterfall and soft music. Did it hurt? Absolutely not. After the needles are in, you are left alone for about 20 minutes. It was so relaxing that I fell asleep. She returns and removes the needles. She did some mild cupping and used a massage gun for a few minutes. Understand that she tailors each session to meet your needs, so you might have a different sequence to the procedure.The lobby and exam rooms are very clean and decorated very tastefully. Sarah is Melani’s assistant. She is super friendly and professional.As soon as you walk in you know you have come to the right place!!“
