I made an appointment the same week, and the artist was so informative, friendly, and professional from start to finish. It was nice to talk to the artist directly when I called, which made it feel personalized from the get-go!

When we first arrived, Linda, the supporting staff member made us feel so welcomed and she incredibly kind and efficient through out the service! You can tell the duo has a great teamwork as well, which made me feel extra taken care of! They even stayed after hours to make sure we were able to get all the beauty treatments we wanted!

We were traveling with kids, and they were so accommodating and made us feel truly heard and taken care of. I’ve been to many beauty service shops in both LA and Korea, and I can honestly say the customer service here is some of the best I’ve ever experienced. They even let me borrow a phone charger—which was such a lifesaver! They also validate parking, which was such a huge plus.

Another huge plus was that they speak both Korean and English fluently, which helped my mom feel comfortable and able to fully express herself since she doesn’t speak English. I also really appreciated the aftercare service and how patient they were with all of my questions—they never once made me feel silly for asking.
