The service was excellent, and Cristina at the front desk was incredibly helpful. They recommended the right treatment and products for my hair and were very honest—there was never any pressure to purchase something I didn’t need. somi was amazing! I got my first EVER perm here and she named that “because it’s my first perm she’s going to tell me exactly what she’s doing before she does it” and I really appreciated that. My inspo was “curls post braid” and she nailed that natural wave look all the way to my roots! She even taught me how to style it and take care of it. Overall, great first perm, she and her partner were so nice and incredible! The studio was also beautiful and easy to park and navigate to.
Chloe did an amazing job on my husband’s aqua perm! She was professional, friendly, and clearly very skilled with this type of treatment. She took the time to explain the process and made sure everything was done carefully so the results would turn out great.
