Great customer service and I’m so pleased with the outcome of my microbladed brows. Elysia walks you through the process in a detailed manner and is very sweet. Front desk, Linda, is also very sweet and helpful. They were quick to respond over text regarding making an appointment and any other details you need to know prior.
Hera is a true artist! She is so friendly and took her time explaining the process, really listened to what I was hoping to achieve, and provided helpful guidance along the way. Hera and the team were all so kind and made me feel completely at ease.
Throughout the appointment, she explained each step and kept checking in to make sure I was doing okay. They also scheduled a complimentary follow-up, which I really appreciated. My brows look very natural and exactly like what I was going for.
