Ruben pumped out our septic tank today. He was personable, knowledgeable, and fast and efficient. He a great guy and solved our septic issue quickly! Crystal works in the office and was very professional and kind and kept us informed of what time the driver would be here and all other details we needed to know. Great, all around! JR was here within 30 mins and had the main drain cleared within 30 mins of arrival. That’s without having a main drain line on ground floor. He had to take his equipment upon the roof. But rapidly got it all unclogged. For a great price too. Thanks!!
