If you’ve never hugged your plumber, you’ve never worked with Brad. It’s a busy holiday week, but he still responded to our call for help rescuing our cat who was trapped behind the water heater. He efficiently disconnected and reconnected the water heater and did everything possible, even going beyond the scope of his services, to help us retrieve our cat. He was compassionate, kind and his prices are beyond fair. Other plumbers in the area quoted me 10 times higher than what he charged. A service call that ends with a hug and tears of gratitude… that’s a plumber who will definitely receive our business again.

Brad Ebmeyer, known as Brad the plumber, diagnosed the problem, offered the best solution, and gave me an appointment time over the phone. He arrived on time. He used state of the art tools, pipe, and fittings to repair our main line into the house. He was efficient, professional, polite and friendly. The price was fair and square.
