I met one of the owners of The Club on a walk. She was the sweetest person and encouraged me to come try the Club (I told her I was not a gym person but she assured me The Club is warm and welcoming). I am always eager to support young local business owners so the following week I stopped by. Immediately I was greeted with a smile! All of my fear and intimidation went out the window. I have never liked working out and I've always hated gyms and group classes. My friend got me to take a tour of the Club against my will. Tori gave me a tour of the place and I immediately fell in love with everything about it. The people are very friendly and the whole energy of the place is nurturing, inclusive, and healing. I joined on April 21, 2023 and I can honestly say that the Club has changed my life and healed my soul. The facilities are immaculate! Their infrared heated studio is a dream come true. Amazing. The best place to workout and relax in the South Bay. The vibe, equipment, amenities, and staff are the best. I’ve been to many places. The Club has it dialed in terms of size and layout. There is also a great community of people there.
