So far, so good. We dropped off our pup there for her first overnight stay since they are close to our house.
The staff was friendly, and everything went smooth. Not to mention, their daycare and over night stays are reasonably priced.
The only feedback I'd give is that they should charge/allow after hours pick-up because it's hard to be back by 3:30 otherwise you're forced to pick up the next day.
That said, I would gladly pay an extra fee for a later pickup around 7pm or so because getting home from anywhere in the bay area and beyond takes times, but could also become an additional revenue stream for the facility since people are there anyway.
I love Dr. Fahimeh Zibaee and her staff! I sustained an injury and my dog, Neumann, needed to stay there for 6 weeks in 2024. They gave him excellent care and I never worried about him. He had a chronic wound and Dr. Z called in a specialist who quickly diagnosed the cause and developed a treatment plan. I had seen several other vets who never correctly diagnosed the problem and he was in a cone for 15 months. I'm very grateful for Dr. Z and her staff!
If I could give Summit Veterinary Hospital 10 Stars, I would. I have owned pets for over 40 years, and I have to say that Summit Vet is the best I’ve ever been to. Dr. Z is the kindest, most compassionate, caring, and highly skilled Veterinarian. She had to do a dental cleaning on my fur baby and it went so well, he was in no pain anymore, and he walked out of the vet like nothing happened. We had to go back there for a separate issue with one of our dogs and the level of service, care, and above-and-beyond support we got from Dr. Z and her entire staff has ensured we will only go to Summit Vet for all of our pets needs. They are the best!
