    I just celebrated my one year at spenga and I cant believe it! time flies when you're having fun. I've never found a workout class that keeps me going even after a year. it has become my therapy and my days are always better when I start them at spenga! the community has been the cherry on top I love spenga so much and so grateful to be here!

    SPENGA is my favorite workout. I am SO elated to have finally found a workout that I actually enjoy. The traditional 20-20-20 format is incredibly motivating for me: you hit your cardio, strength, and stretching all in one class. It always feels like a complete workout, and I feel great afterwards.
