Russel and his team are beyond amazing. They are my go to team for plumbing needs. My water softener died and he personally handled the situation. He took the time to work with me to figure out the best solution which in this case was to get a new unit. He gave me lots of information so that I could make a good decision. His price was fair and he took into consideration my budget. Once the softener was in it was taller than I expected and was viewable by my neighbor. Since I live in an HOA complex this could become a major issue. Russel had his team come back out and dig a hole so that the softener was below the fence line. These guys are the best. Russel takes the time to make sure I understand what is being done and why. He even did an inspection and found somethings that were not done correctly and let me know how to fix them again and he let me know why. I didn't realize I was missing turn off valves for my washing machine and that could have led to a major disaster. I feel confident in the quality of work that was done and know that if anything goes wrong in the future that I can count on Simply Green to get the job done and done right. Thank you.
